Next Chapter Meeting about Servant Leadership and Intercultural Factors in Aachen (Aken) on April 19, 2018
Dear Members and Friends of PMI Cologne Chapter,
Our next event will be extraordinary with respect to our speakers, topics, location and spoken language.
As you may have already recognized our next event will be held in only English language with some sorts of Dutch, French and German influence. Our location will be in a nice hotel close to Aachen (Aken) that is easy to find from the motorway coming from Belgium, Netherlands and Germany.
As normal we will have two guest speakers with two different but complimentary topics as shown below:
“The Project Sponsor As a Servant Leader”
given by Bart Hoitink
Over the last years the role of the project sponsor has evolved. From directing to facilitating. From prescribed requirements to functional specifications. From command & control to servant leadership.
What’s the change the more traditional project sponsor needs to go through?
What will be the effect on the project and the process?
How can you as a project manager help your project sponsor with this change?
During this event we will be searching for some answers and best practices to take away.
